This data protection policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. It also describes your rights towards us and how you can enforce your rights. In order to fulfill our obligations to staff, customers and suppliers, we need to process your personal data as described below. We do this with the utmost respect for your privacy.

What information do we collect?

Who might we share your information with?

– Suppliers and subcontractors such as companies within our group

We may provide necessary information to authorities such as the police, the tax authorities or other authorities if we are legally obliged to do so or if you have authorized us to do so. An example of a legal obligation to provide information is for tax collection.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you and for as long as required by statutory retention periods. When we store your data for purposes other than our contractual obligations, e.g. to comply with accounting laws or discrimination laws, we will only store the data for as long as necessary and/or required by law for the respective purpose

Your rights of access, rectification and erasure

Right to access your data
You can request a copy (register extract) of the data you would like to know and verify the information we hold about you. The copy is free to request.
Right of rectification
You have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself.
Right to be erased (“right to be forgotten”)
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your data. These obligations come from accounting and tax legislation, banking and money laundering legislation, but also from consumer rights legislation. In such cases, we block the data that we are obliged to save from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
